Frequently asked questions
What is Shopsito?
An introduction service: we connect sellers and buyers and coordinate by phone.
Who do I pay?
The seller, directly. Shopsito does not receive or hold any money, and there is no online payment on this site. Check the product and the seller yourself before you pay.
How is delivery arranged?
The buyer and the seller agree on the shipping method and cost; we help coordinate.
Who gets my phone number?
Only the other party of the same order, and only when it is needed to complete it. See the privacy policy for details.
Which countries can I sign up from?
For now: Iran, Iraq, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Turkey. You can also send a request from elsewhere.
